My graduation project “Shared Sense” focuses on everyday misunderstandings in shared living, and how design can foster proactive understanding to prevent conflicts before they escalate.
My practice is rooted in service design and participatory methods, aiming to create simple and accessible tools that make daily life more harmonious. I believe design can play a role in improving communication and building respect in collective living environments.

Shared sense
Shared Sense is a design system that addresses everyday misunderstandings in shared living environments. Whether among roommates, couples, or family members, small frictions—like cleaning, quiet time, or shared spaces—can easily escalate into conflicts when left unspoken.
The project uses proactive understanding as its core value, helping people anticipate potential tensions and transform them into opportunities for dialogue. By combining service design methods with playful, accessible tools, Shared Sense encourages empathy, supports communication, and ultimately helps create more harmonious and respectful living environments.
