This project explores how residents can be encouraged to gradually engage in community decision-making. By designing a step-by-step engagement system, it lowers the barriers to participation, builds confidence, and makes democratic involvement more visible, playful, and sustainable. The strategy includes online and offline touchpoints from initial curiosity to deeper commitment creating a loop that helps residents see their impact and stay motivated over time.
