PROLIFERATION is an imaginary “natural” system I construct through the decomposition, reorganization, and mutation of real natural forms, transcending human power and requiring no human permission to exist. This system is both an extension of visual language and a practical attempt at a “de-anthropocentric” aesthetic. In my understanding, humans have never truly mastered control over the world. Instead, we are always shaped by the system, disciplined by the environment, and constrained by biological laws. Therefore, I attempt to use a non-human, non-representational modeling language to discuss the boundaries of human power.
