Living with Water—Adaptive Design Along the River Clyde

该项目研究了应对洪水风险的适应性景观和城市设计策略。该研究将城市洪水置于气候变化、降雨加剧以及城市侵占脆弱洪泛区的全球背景下。该设计以苏格兰国家规划框架和 SEPA 洪水风险评估为监管基准,提出了一个整合水文、生态和社会维度的多层适应性系统。
主要干预措施包括通过扩建水库、提高地形和分层平台来建立二级河道,以符合 200 年一遇和 500 年一遇的洪水水位,以及将住宅区搬迁到西部地势较高的地方。该框架将 Room for the River(荷兰)和 SEA2CITY(温哥华)等先例与特定地点的策略相结合,展示了适应如何取代城市洪水管理中的阻力。该项目通过在气候不确定条件下整合安全和社区宜居性,为有弹性的河滨开发模式做出贡献。
