Wyrd Of Thread

When the wind blows, the river flows. When the light shines, our minds are one. When the spell is cast, we shall be none.

This project draws inspiration from the historical connection between witchcraft and destructive weather—the idea that a witch could summon howling winds or stir a storm from within her cauldron. Rooted in folklore and fear, weather witchcraft captures a time when nature’s fury was believed to be born of magic.

Through unconventional materials, the garments challenge traditional ideas of clothing. They invite the viewer to look beyond the surface and connect with the spirit of the wearer, transforming fashion into a vessel of identity, emotion, and myth.
