Discover by Choice: A Service that Gently Encourages Exploration Beyond Personalised Feeds
This project proposes a lightweight UX intervention that supports more intentional engagement with personalised recommendation systems. Rather than interrupting or replacing algorithms, it acts as a gentle nudge—like a knock at the door—encouraging users to pause, reflect, and recognise repetitive browsing patterns. It helps users reconnect with their curiosity and make more intentional choices about what they discover.
