Yujun Yang
I am from Hunan, China. During my studies at the Glasgow School of Art (GSA), I deeply explored the connections between spatial design, psychology, dreams, and storytelling, and I am passionate about how space interacts with people’s inner worlds.
I have a strong interest in narrative architecture and exhibition design, aiming to transform spaces into vivid scenes that evoke emotional resonance. I believe that space is not just a physical presence but also a vessel for emotions and memories. I often draw inspiration from dreams and psychology to create environments that deeply resonate.
Photography is another important aspect of my creative work. Through my lens, I capture landscapes and architecture, using light and shadow to inspire my designs. These images help me understand the interplay of light, form, and emotion in space.
In the future, I hope to continue creating spaces rich in storytelling and interaction, forging deeper emotional connections, and crafting spatial experiences that transcend the material.
