Chronicle of Polari
Size: Variable Size
Materials: Giclée Printing
Year of work: 2024
Description: “Polari” borrows terms from ltalian, Cockney Rhyming Slang and Yiddish, as well as incorporating slang words from the gay subculture of the time. They shine like the Polari in the darkness, they struggle, they fight, and they shine even more.
This is a chronicle of beautiful germs, they burn for life in dancing poses with their pronouns. Blazing colors are their protective colors, naked bodies are their true colors. They are the naked roses in the gray area, the polari shining in the darkness. They stand in the mud of chaos, but they still keep looking up, trying to tear apart the curtain behind, to light up the gully.

Searing otherworlds are hidden in massive lightboxes. Nature, the portal to the otherworld; the limb, the symptom of resistance. They are entangled with plants, and live with them; in the midst of burning, they are reborn.
