Moderation is a moving-image work exploring the translation of human movement through artificial intelligence. Shaped by processes of generation, interpretation and refusal, the work was temporarily projected inside King’s Cave on the Isle of Arran, bringing synthetic figures into a space shaped by geological time and accumulated human traces. The encounter reflects on how different systems negotiate visibility: what is allowed to appear, what is transformed, and what is lost over time.
