This project revolved around translating one medium into another, where I took the movie ‘La Chimera’ and decided to translate it into a book. Considering the movement becoming still, I loved working around the shown scene and including additional information that would otherwise be hidden, learning about the Etruscans and diving into film technicalities. With two dialogues happening on each page, the book evolves with new information as the scene progresses, and the pace within the pages is chosen rather than decided for (like in the movie). The publication comes along with a cassette, which features the audio of the scene, once more playing into the different rhythms in which the movie scene can be experienced.
