Will Farmer
(he/him)
Will Farmer is an Artist and Writer from Sheffield, based in Glasgow. He works with fiction as a methodology to draw out, and to heed, the latent unreality and ecstatic sensation present on our ecological planet in distress. The speculative realities and not-so-distant futures which live through this work reveal empathy and humour as sites of interconnectedness between character, reader, and author. Through narrative, audio, moving image, and installation he presents eccentricity and absurdity as antidotes to the rigidity of the future we have been presented.
His work utilises writing, audio, video, sculpture for installation, and photography. He has exhibited at Bankley Studios in Manchester, PINK Gallery in Stockport, and Mote 102 in Leith. His writing has been published in FATCANFLUB and his first poetry collection ‘Quintessentially Admirable Birds’ was self-published as a handmade artists book in 2025.

work that goes into this new type of
postcard. We employ empirical meth-
ods and aeronautical precision in our
assembly processes. Mere paper fac-
similes will no longer suffice. Living
on site is not optional.¦ audio-visual installation 17min 20sec
