Major Project Hands-Free Firefighter Communication System
This product is a hands-free communication system designed for firefighters working in high-noise environments. It uses throat vibration to detect speech directly from the user’s neck, allowing communication to activate automatically without pressing a Push-to-Talk button. By relying less on airborne sound, the system also reduces the influence of environmental noise and mask-muffled speech, helping firefighters communicate while keeping both hands available for critical tasks.
