MLitt Fine Art Practice School of Fine Art

Peixin Li

The work explores the subtle relationship between the individual and the environment, as well as the blurred line between reality and imagination. This relationship is likened to a membrane, aiming to capture the metaphorical sense of separation, momentary disconnection, independence, or alienation from the external world. The delicate interplay and the blurring of boundaries form the central theme of the work, reflecting a profound contemplation of human-environment interactions. Through an intricate sense of psychedelia, the work creates a disorienting experience that blurs the boundaries between reality and imagination, conveying a sense of detachment from reality.
