Surface-led, upcycled, womenswear
Edges Speak
This surface-led womenswear collection builds layered garments through structural segmentation, patchwork and tufting, with sheer mesh as an underlying supportive framework. It balances conceptual narrative and wearability, unifying visual, tactile, structural and functional qualities. Centered on unalienated personal traces, the work explores identity marks that resist erasure under social constraints. Graffiti represents living residues rather than rebellion, lingering along seams and fabric edges. Mesh symbolizes support and confinement, while textured tufting materializes subtle personal imprints. Deconstructed street graffiti balances bold hues with tailored silhouettes. Partial upcycled charity-shop fabrics and hardwearing construction embody slow-fashion sustainability.
本系列依托结构分割、拼布与簇绒工艺打造层次化成衣，以肌理表面设计为创作核心，选用半透明网纱作为隐性支撑骨架，融合观念表达与实穿性能，实现视觉、触觉、版型结构与服装功能的协调统一。作品《边缘言说》（Edges Speak）以“未被异化的个人痕迹”为核心，挖掘个体身处社会规训体系里无法被彻底消解的身份印记。涂鸦在此不再是反叛符号，而是留存于接缝、空隙与衣身边缘的生活遗存。半透网纱隐喻兼具承载与束缚的社会框架，立体簇绒则将无形的个人痕迹具象化，以饱满触觉肌理凸显独一无二的自我表达。我对街头涂鸦图案进行解构重组，调和浓烈色彩与规整服装结构，把平面图像转化为富有层次肌理的立体面料形态。作为肌理面料主导的女装系列，作品选用部分慈善商店回收面料再造运用，搭配耐久服装结构呼应可持续慢时尚设计主张。
