MLitt Curatorial Practice (Contemporary Art) Degree Show 2026
Remembering Forward brings together the curatorial projects and reflections of the graduating class of 2026, looking back on a series of practices and encounters that unfolded across Glasgow throughout July and August.
The exhibition unfolds through three interconnected concepts:
- The Friend— thinking and creating together through dialogue, friendship, and encounters.
- Care — listening, attending, and supporting, while creating spaces for empathy and generosity.
- Imaginary — opening up new territories of thought, relations, and futures yet to unfold.
Across three rooms, these concepts offer three ways of encountering curatorial practice, while collectively approaching the curatorial as a condition of “being-with and being-within” — a space where memory, relations, and imagination converge.
Let us meet again — imagining futures through looking back, and exploring together where remembering might take us next.
