In this complex world, I explore how design innovation and technology can serve both human and non-human stakeholders. With a deep interest in psychology, embodied interaction, performing arts (including sound design), and nature therapy, I am currently focused on experience design for mental health.
EmoSync: The Embodied Emotion Guide
EmoSync is a creative therapeutic toolbox for users to explore the link between body postures and emotions to promote emotional health and body creativity. EmoSync has the potential to be used as a service for the NHS, art therapy groups, wellbeing charities, spiritual communities and individual users.
It features:
Guidebook: how to use EmoSync, and educate embodied knowledge of body postures and emotions
Physical Body Puzzle: colour, play and display
Website: 3D mannequin can move, change colour(add diary), as well as interactive games ManneMotion and EmoColour
EmoColour is a body-interactive game that uses Mediapipe’s body data points to detect limb movements. The game system incorporates dozens of emotional actions, and as you perform different body postures, it generates new emotional color patterns. These color patterns visually represent the emotions linked to your movements, offering a unique way to explore and understand your emotional states.
