The Feast of Fragments reimagines dining as a spatial narrative through the stages of life: birth, adulthood, marriage and death. Set within 213 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, the project draws from the street’s theatrical history to transform the restaurant into a contemporary stage where diners become participants rather than spectators. Through shifting materiality, light, tactile objects, and spatial transitions, each stage creates a different emotional and sensory experience, turning the everyday ritual of eating into a journey of transformation, reflection, and storytelling.
