Know Dia Early
Know Dia Early is a low-threshold, easy-to-use type 2 diabetes prevention app officially supported by
GP. It enables users to conduct metabolic risk self-assessment and precise primary referral through a
six-dimensional polygonal radar chart. It also utilizes AR lenses to visualize the sugar content in
ingredients, menus, and dishes as three-dimensional sugar cubes in different scenarios. Combined
with post-meal light exercise reminders and goal tracking, it builds an early prevention system for risk
self-assessment, AR sugar measurement, habit intervention, and dynamic re-measurement, helping
potential high-risk individuals establish self-management skills before they reach an acute
emergency.
