This project explores the invisibility of anxiety: how everyday life can appear normal while internal tension, repeated thoughts and mental rehearsals continue beneath the surface. Rather than focusing on dramatic breakdowns, I examine anxiety as a recurring cycle embedded within ordinary moments.
Through sequential narrative, repetition, pauses and visual relationships, I make the gap between external reality and internal experience visible. The project traces how anxiety is triggered, accumulates, briefly settles and returns as everyday life continues. Rather than sensationalising distress or offering a forced resolution, it invites readers to recognise and understand this often-hidden experience.
