XIE WANYING
My inspiration comes from a seemingly destined encounter. An encounter between me and the dragon. Dragons seem to always be with me in my life. I was born in the Year of the Dragon, and this year happens to be the third Year of the Dragon that I have experienced. I come from a region that claims to be the descendants of the dragon. I have heard various stories about dragons since I was a child. This made me want to find my own dragon. This dragon comes from my annotations and notes on the construction of my personal life journey. It is an externalization of the world I feel. So, I began my journey of finding and creating dragons.
