This project uses designers as representatives to explore team integration and professional development of early career practitioners in hybrid work environments.

It addresses challenges in the early career period, such as building workplace relationships, accessing timely mentorship, and adapting personality traits in work situations.

The aim is to create a personalized support platform, incorporating feedback and assessment systems, well-being support, and career growth plans, to enhance new practitioners’ effectiveness, satisfaction, and team connectivity, fostering a cohesive and productive environment.
